What Can I Expect From Triple Crown Homes?
Because the process of building a new home starts long before construction begins, Triple Crown Homes considers it essential to become involved in the process when the potential buyer first begins to think about building a new home.

Our program is designed to ensure your satisfaction before, during, and after your home is built. That's one more reason why we are committed to customer satisfaction.

Lot Selection/Evaluation
The first step in building a new home is choosing a commun-
ity to build in or evaluating a lot you may already own or be interested in. If you do not have a lot, you may wish to visit
one of our Ocala-area communities. If you do have a lot, we
will be happy to help you choose the model that best fits
your property.

This is the time to meet your team leader or sales represent-ative. He or she will help you calculate your price range and choose the custom plans that best suit your needs and lifestyle. Your Triple Crown Homes representative will be with you through the entire purchasing process. They will be especially helpful at this stage assisting you with custom options and contracts. At this time we will estimate your new home's date of completion.



BUILDING VS BUYING

Blueprint Approval and Selection Process
Once you have chosen the model and options you like, your blueprints will be drafted. Our veteran draftsmen will draw up blueprints which once completed, are submitted to you. This gives the home owner an opportunity to approve details prior to final blueprints.

A very exciting point in the building process is "the selection process". This is your chance to browse through the Triple Crown Homes Design Gallery and choose the colors, lighting, cabinets and other options available for your new home.

Permits and Construction
You have completed all of the selecting and customizing phases of building your home. It is now time for our builders to get to work. All permits are pulled, the final position of
your home is located on your lot and any clearing or grading is completed. Now things really get cooking! Ground is broken and your new home springs to life!

Time to Move In!
Prior to closing, you and a Triple Crown representative will walk through your new home verifying all details to your satisfaction. All your questions will be answered and all
home systems will be explained. Your home is now ready
to move in.
